The Owner and Publisher of this website “myhigherground.org” is Higher Ground, Incorporated. Higher Ground, Inc. (“Publisher”), is a fully registered in the state of Washington non-profit tax-exempt 501( c )( 3 ) organization for religious purposes as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Service. Our Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Higher Ground, Inc. will collect, access, use or disclose your personal information. It applies to all of our products, services, and web sites ("Services"). A few of our Services are covered by different privacy policies and in the event of a conflict between the two, the product or service specific policy governs. For example, we may have a separate policy or agreement for certain products or services such as PayPal. We may also give you extra notices about your personal information. Your personal information is subject to U.S. Law.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect personal information about your on-line order or purchase transaction ONLY. This information is used ONLY for 1) shipping your product to you, and/or 2) verifying with PayPal Payment Processing Service that you have ordered , made financial donation, and/or paid for your item(s). We DO NOT sell, trade or otherwise disclose your information to any third parties. We respect your privacy. Publisher will not send solicitations to you by mail or emails unless you so direct us to do so.

Information you give us. The personal information we collect includes information you give us such as name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, demographics, and country information. You may give us information in a variety of ways such as when you place an order, and communicate with our Customer Service department personnel. Personal information does not include information that is not used to identify you including aggregate or anonymous information.

Information that we automatically collect. We automatically receive certain types of information whenever you use our Services. We may collect information about your order, donation, purchase, purchase transaction and/or your computer type (PC or MAC). For example, we collect your device’s or computer's IP address, the date and time of your access and the type of browser you use. We also collect information about your device's and computer's operating system and your location. We may link information we automatically collect with personal information, such as information you give us at time of placing your order, donation or check out.
