BY LOVE
He saw me in my need
Helpless against life’s tides;
Came and threw His arms around me
And caught me by surprise.
His heavenly favor came my way,
And this I heard Him say:
You’re not the star you think you are
According to all that you see;
But to God above
In
His great love
You’re worth more than a galaxy.
Of all the things that God has made
Of earth and sea and sky,
A galaxy He’d gladly trade--
For you He chose to die.
